Body neutrality means separating your bodies abilities and worth from your appearance. I bring this concept into my training. As your body neutral trainer I focus on exercising for the many mental and physical health benefits, and as a way to gain strength and confidence. We will strive too build stronger bones, joints and muscles, improve posture and balance, reduce risk if injury, improve heart health and increase energy levels.
Your workout program should easily fit into your unique lifestyle. I believe fitness is for everyone, at every level and at every stage of life.
Fitness is so much more than exercises, reps and sets. It should be fun! I will help you explore different programming styles so you can find what you enjoy.
As a Behavior Change Specialist I can teach you tools to manage stress, have a positive mindset and set realistic goals.
Hi! I'm Erica. I live in Northern Virginia but I grew up in Mass. I have been a personal trainer since 2013. When I'm not working with clients you'll catch me in mom mode with my 3 daughters. I love being outside , doing puzzles and of course, lifting weights.
