As a mom of 3, I understand the ins and outs of pregnancy and the postpartum period. Each pregnancy brought me unique experiences, including gestational diabetes, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I found that incorporating exercise, particularly through 30 minute workouts, helped me tremendously in navigating both physical and mental health challenges. My love of exercise inspired me to become certified as a Pre and Postnatal Exercise Coach. I focus on body neutral exercise, combining evidence-based program design with compassion and understanding during the delicate time of pregnancy and postpartum. My goal is to provide an uplifting, safe, and supportive experience for women to feel strong and healthy through this transitional phase of life.

Many people find it less stressful to dedicate just 30 minutes each day to some form of fitness—be it strength, cardio, or mobility—rather than trying to fit in longer sessions a few times a week. Additionally, the commute to the gym can create another barrier to regular exercise. That's why all of my programs can be performed at home, requiring limited space and minimal equipment. My commitment to effectiveness ensures that my programs are fun, simple, and packed with bone and muscle strengthening exercises. They're perfect for anyone, including those interested in prenatal and postpartum fitness, who wants to stay active and healthy in our fast-paced world.

Hi! I'm Erica. I live in Northern Virginia, but I grew up in Mass. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2013, holding certifications from NASM, NPTI, and GGS (check out my certifications page to view them all). 


After my work day ends, you'll find me with husband and our kids. I have 3 daughters ages 14, 10 and 7. We love to craf

Hi! I'm Erica. I live in Northern Virginia, but I grew up in Mass. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2013, holding certifications from NASM, NPTI, and GGS (check out my certifications page to view them all). 


After my work day ends, you'll find me with husband and our kids. I have 3 daughters ages 14, 10 and 7. We love to craft together, watch movies and can spend all day window shopping and chatting. My husband and I enjoy catching up on our favorite reality TV, going hiking and trying new restaurants.


My hobbies include: going for long walks, reading, baking, meditation and of course, lifting weights.
